Hawaii's Own

Benny Agbayani, Mets: The St. Louis School and Hawaii Pacific University product had a good day at the plate and a bad day in the field. Agbayani went 2-for-3 batting leadoff for the Mets, including his second home run of the season. He also walked once. Playing left field, however, Agbayani made three errors in the first four innings as New York lost to St. Louis, 12-1.

Mike Fetters, Dodgers: The Iolani School alumnus returned from illness by pitching a scoreless eighth inning in Los Angeles' 4-1 win over the Phillies, earning his fourth hold of the season. Fetters struck out two, walked one and was credited with a wild pitch. He had been suffering from bronchitis and a viral infection and had not pitched in a week.

Chris Truby, Astros: The Damien Memorial High School graduate went 1-for-5 in Houston's 11-5 loss to Florida.
