Irma Meyer Conwell, of Honolulu, a language arts teacher at Kamehameha Schools and in Connecticut and New Jersey, died Tuesday in Arcadia Retirement Residence. She was born in Philadelphia. She is survived by daughters Cynthia Cook, Priscilla Deck and Gloria Conwell-Carter, sister Annetee Burgin and seven grandchildren. Memorial services: 3:30 p.m. tomorrow at Arcadia Retirement Residence Chapel. Burial in Massachusetts.

Albert DeLima, 82, of Olinda, Maui, who retired from Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co., died Thursday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Elsie, son Arthur, daughter Lorraine Gomes, brother Abel, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mass: 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Church. Henry G.J. Lau, 75, of Kailua, who retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died Thursday in Kailua. He was also co-partner of Sweetheart's Lei Shop in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elizabeth "Sweetheart"; sons the Rev. Leonard, Henry, Gary and Michael; daughter Angel Yamashita; brothers George and Peter; sisters Loretta Korzon, Janet Roberts and Doris Lyman; stepmother Lin; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
