Sinkhole spotter
saved the day

Applause for an unknown good neighbor who spotted a dangerous sinkhole in Kailua, pulled a trashcan from the curb as a warning sign and diverted traffic away from it until sewer workers arrived to make repairs. They said she left before they could get her name. Undoubtedly, the Good Samaritan saved countless people from potentially bad accidents or at least costly damage to their cars.

Mahalo for being such a good example for the rest of us.
