Tino Pajo Alcantara, 34, of Koloa, Kauai, a meat cutter for Lihue Big Save, died April 2 at home. He was born in the Philippines. Severa Laureto Baraoidan, 97, of Pearl City, formerly of Paauilo, Hawaii, is also survived by daughter Carmen. The mortuary provided additional information for an obituary published yesterday.

Ho Chiang, 95, of Honolulu, died April 7 in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in China. She is survived by daughter Chui Wan Nip, eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Private services.

M. Louis Duby, 79, of Honolulu, a former resident manager for Meridian East, Kailua, died Friday in Honolulu. She was born in Kansas. She is survived by husband Harold, son Ted and sister Lorene Hurley. Memorial services: 3 p.m. Friday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Aloha attire.

Merlin Orville Ekern, 92, of Hilo, director of the Rehabilitation Center of the Pacific, died Saturday in Hilo. He was also a Mason and Shriner. He was born in Cameron, Wis. He is survived by daughter Karen, sons Keith and Ken, brothers Arland and Duane, and eight grandchildren. Private services.

Takeo Hiroshige, 81, of Pearl City, a retired postal carrier for the federal government, died April 6 in Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kazue; son Clyde T.; daughters Renee A. Matsui, Jamie H. Hiroshige and Patti T. Kaneshiro; brother Kenneth and seven grandchildren. Private services.

Androclis Kaawa Jr., also known as "Ka'moii" or "Andy," 48, of Nanakuli, a Hawaii historian, died April 4 in Tripler Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Jonathan; daughters Andrea and Lauren; parents Androclis and Josephine; brothers Philip and Charles; sisters Cheryl Ann Kong, Doreen Kaawa and Elsa Kaawa-Giddens; and three grandchildren. Ernest Kaipo Kinney Jr., 70, of Waimea, Hawaii, a heavy-equipment operator, died last Tuesday in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born on Kauai.
