New jobs

>> David Laeha has joined NetEnterprise, an Internet network connection business based in Honolulu, as chief financial officer. Laeha has more than 17 years of accounting and financial management experience, most recently with Cheap Tickets Inc., where he was manager of financial planning and analysis. NetEnterprise said Laeha will have a similar role, plus responsibility for developing strategic partnerships.

>> Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii Inc. named Emeterio O. Domingo Jr. to project engineer. He will coordinate Castle & Cooke's residential project developments. Domingo joins Castle & Cooke Homes from M.A. Mortenson Co., where he was a project manager.

Promotions

>> Ron Morin has been named hotel manager at King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. He was formerly rooms division manager at the hotel. Morin has over 20 years of hotel management experience, having held positions at Marc Suites Waikiki, Waikiki Royal Suites, Embassy Vacation Resort-Poipu Point and the Islander on the Beach.

>> Noelle Baker has been named senior vice president and management supervisor at Starr Seigle Advertising. She was a vice president and account supervisor for the company before her promotion.
