Frances R. Blanton, 61, of Wahiawa died Tuesday. She was born in Aiea. She is survived by husband Larry; son Daniel; daughter Julia Canionero; father Domingo Mangca; sisters Elizabeth Hilton, Gertrude Kasalo, Juana Mangca and Marie Kelii; brothers Domingo Jr., Daniel and Frederick Mangca; and three grandchildren. Carlton S. Bradley, 64, of Honolulu, a retired lieutenant commander for the U.S. Navy, died last Saturday at Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Ellsworth, Kan. He is survived by sons Scott and Mark, daughter Tracy, stepson Rex "Brad" Salyer, stepdaughter Priscilla Salyer, brother Jeff and nine grandchildren. Private services.

Edward W. Cabebe, 34, of Honolulu died Feb. 9. He was born in Honolulu. John I. Cabral, a merchant seaman, died Wednesday at Kaiser Hospital in Hayward, Calif. He also worked at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Hunters Point, San Francisco, with the U.S. Department of Defense. He was born in Waikea, Hawaii. He is survived by daughter Jacqueline Alberti, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services on the mainland. Ramon M. Campos, 83, of Kahului, a retired mason for HC&S, died March 4 at home. He was born in Ilocos Norte, the Philippines. Cecil E. "Gene" Hale, 73, of Waipahu, a retired aircraft mechanic for Pan American Airlines, died March 9. He was born in Mingham, La. He is survived by wife Lourdes; sons Cecil Jr., Bruce and Wesley; daughter Valerie; brother Myrt; sisters Bernice Wallace, Louise Gibson, Grace Crawford and Thelma Moon; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
