Bela Karolyi to sign
autographs Monday

Legendary gymnastics coach Bela Karolyi will be signing autographs at Jackson Pontiac on Nimitz Highway on Monday, from noon until 1:30 p.m. Karolyi is in town as part of the 2001 American Team Cup exhibition to be held at the Blaisdell Center March 30-31. Anyone who test drives a Pontiac this Monday will receive two tickets to the exhibition. For information, call 836-2441.

Golf contest

Boys and girls, ages 7 to 12, are invited to learn the game of golf courtesy of Oceanic Cable's Drive, Chip and Putt competition. The event, is scheduled for Saturday, March 24 at 1:30 p.m. at the Ko Olina golf course. Call 625-8359.

Drag racing on tap

NHRA drag racers will be competing in the NAPA Auto Parts Spring Championships tonight through Sunday at Hawaii Raceway Park.

Qualifying for the Goodyear Top Gun and Pro Eliminator will be held tonight.

Hawaii Raceway Park is in the Campbell Industrial Park.
