The Department of Transportation advises motorists to anticipate delays and allow for extra travel time starting tomorrow and through next week because of roadwork.
The Ward Avenue on-ramp to the H-1 freeway in the eastbound direction will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow for guardrail work.
Other H-1 freeway lane and ramp closures for the coming week include:
H-1 day work -- Jan. 14, 16 and 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Lane, ramp and shoulder closures between the Pali overpass and the Kapiolani interchange for guardrail work
Work on the Vineyard Boulevard offramp in the westbound direction Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Lane, ramp and shoulder closures at various locations for electrical installation work
The Lunalilo offramp of the H-1 westbound will be closed for waterline work
Lane closures on Ward Avenue for waterline work
H-1 night work -- Jan. 15 to Jan. 18, 9 p .m. to 5 a.m.
Lane closures eastbound and westbound between Punchbowl and Punahou streets for median barrier work
Lane and shoulder closures and detours at the Kapiolani interchange, Magellan Avenue and Old Waialae Road for barrier upgrade work
Shoulder closures at the Kapiolani on-ramp to the H-1 eastbound for barrier demolition from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Lane closures at the Vineyard on- and offramps for joint replacement work.
