The Salvation Army's live presentation
of the Nativity is in its 18th year.

live Nativity

The Salvation Army's annual live Nativity scene runs from 7 to 10 nightly through Sunday, Christmas Eve, at the Waioli Tea Room garden, 2950 Manoa Road.

With live animals, costumed actors, scenery, music and narration, the program depicts the birth of the Christ child in celebration of the holiday. This is the 18th year the Salvation Army has presented the Nativity.

The show is repeated every half hour and is free.

The taped narration is performed by Sidney Poitier and Brooke Shields.
