Blanche K. Ako, 77, of Kauai is survived by sister Elizabeth Ako. Incorrect information was published in an obituary Wednesday.

Ricardo Y. Flores, 74, of Honolulu died Nov. 18 in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived wife Rosa B.; sons Gil P., Ricardo Jr., Rodel and Nelson; daughters Elizabeth Flores Watling, Hilda Flores Labaro and Riza Flores; sisters Salud Santua, Mercedes Flores Garcia, Betty Flores Andrade and Amelia Guerrero, 32 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Isaac K. "Ike" Kapua, 54, of Haleiwa will be remembered in private services. He was killed by a car Monday in Haleiwa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Patricia; sons Joseph and Jay Vieira; sisters Gloria Fuga, Valerie Kapua and Emma S. Avery; brother Edward, and two grandchildren.

Teruo Kawamoto, 80, of Papaikou, Hawaii, a Hilo Coast Processing Co.retiree, died Nov. 22 in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Papaikou. He is survived by wife Kirino; sons Earl and Curtis; daughter Wendy, and sisters Hanayo Tanouye and Chiyoko Ebesuno. Private services.

Fujie Kudo, 84, of Honolulu, a retired Liberty House marker, died Tuesday in St. Francis Hospice. She was born in Papaikou, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Charles; sons Creighton, Benjamin and Franklin; daughter Charlotte Nakanishi; brother Hiroshi "George" Hayakawa; sister Umeko Fujii, and six grandchildren. Services: 6 p.m. Tuesday at Nuuanu Congregational Church. Call after 5 p.m.

Kwae Do Kwak, 89, of Honolulu, a retired self-employed wholesale grocer in Korea, died Thursday in Honolulu. He was born in Korea. He is survived by wife Kum Soon; sons Tae Sung In Sik, Tae Cho, Tae Soo, Tae Im, Tae Nyo and Tae Wan Kwak, and daughters Sim Jung, Park In and Chang Duk Cho. Clifford A. Machado, 46, of Honolulu, an Oahu Transit Service diesel mechanic, died Nov. 20. Forrest "Frosty" Mattox, 84, of Cory, Ind., died Tuesday in the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Centerpoint. He is survived by wife Hester H.; daughters Melanie Naim and Marlene Mattox; stepchildren Peggy Chang, Eugene Mattox Jr. and Marlene N. Mattox Primacio, four grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services in Indiana.

Ayako Nakamoto, 80, of Lahaina, Maui, a food worker at Ocean House Restaurant, died Wednesday in Hale Makua. She was born on Maui. She is survived by sons Don, Leslie and Stanley; brothers Giichi and Takeo Suemori; sister Sumiko Hashiro, and three grandchildren. Memorial services: 4 p.m. Sunday at Lahaina Jodo Mission. Misao Noda, 94, of Mililani died Nov. 24 in Convalescent Center of Honolulu. She was born in Fukuoka, Japan. Margaret L. Souza, 78, of Kailua died Tuesday in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Frank; sons Reginald, Leonard and Ronald; daughters Sheryl Yamashiro, Elsa Luning and Kathleen Souza; brothers David, Lionel and Raymond Gonsalves and Frank Jordan; sisters Rita Eddy, Helen Carrillo and Lorraine Clement, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Sadako Yamada, 83, of Lahaina, Maui died Wednesday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Lahaina, Maui.
