COLL. OF CHARLESTON 69, DUQUESNE 66:A.J. Harris hit two free throws with 11 seconds left to seal the victory for the Cougars (3-0) over the Dukes (2-1).

TULANE 88, HAWAII-HILO 76:Brandon Spann scored 23 points, including eight straight during a late-second-half spurt, to lead the Green Wave over the host Vulcans in first-round play.
The Division II Vulcans (0-1) stayed with the Green Wave (3-0) for most of the game. But Spann hit two 3-pointers and two free throws to break it open at 73-62.
Alan Thomas hit for 23 points to pace UH-Hilo.
