Gregory S. Chandler, 45, of Honolulu, a desk clerk at the Waikiki Shore Hotel, died Nov. 6. He was born in Santa Maria, Calif. He is survived by parents Ted and Darla Zenich, and brother Henry. Services were private.

Rawlins "Kawika" Chock, 37, of Honolulu, front office manager at the Aston Waikiki Circle Hotel, died Nov. 11. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Charlynn "Sama" "Haunani"; children Kanai, Shari, Sanoe and Ikaika; parents Harold Jr. and Carole; grandmother Melba; brother Harold III; hanai brother Michael Kwock; sisters Channa Kaapa and Cherri Masaki, and hanai sister Ashley Davidson. Services: 7 p.m. Friday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Call after 6 p.m. Additional services: 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Auwaiolimu Ward. David Cohen, 86, of Kihei, Maui, a women's fashion cutter and designer, died Thursday at home. He was born in Canada. He is survived by daughter Paulette Mantz and three grandchildren. Private services. Memorial donations suggested to Hospice of Maui.

Itsuko Ikeda, 81, of Kahului, Maui, died Saturday in Hale Makua Kahului. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by daughter Karen Fukushima and four grandchildren. Services: 6:30 p.m. today at Wailuku Shingon Mission. Additional services: 6:30 p.m. tomorrow at Nakamura Mortuary. Burial: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Maui Veterans Cemetery. Aloha attire.

Catalino I. Militante, 90, of Waialua, died Oct. 30 at home. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by caregivers Al and Estelita Tagayuna. Services: 7 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Mortuary. Michael R. Sweetow, 65, of State College, Pa., formerly of Honolulu, retired labor arbitrator and owner of San Francisco-based Hawaiian Barbeque and Luau Foods, died Saturday in Centre Community Hospital. He was also a U.S. Army veteran. He was born in Chicago, Ill. He is survived by wife Beth Swoope; daughter Wendy J. Smith; son Scott D., and brother Mort. Services: 2 p.m. tomorrow in Philipsburg, Pa. Memorial donations suggested to the Academy for Guided Imagery, P.O. Box 2070, Mill Valley, CA 94942 or the American Lung Association.

Kathleen J. Wakefield, 54, who died Oct. 31 in Hilo Medical Center, is also survived by mother Gail Sims and brother Ronald Bramble. The additional information for an obituary published Saturday was provided by the mortuary.
