Pauline Belway, 85, of Kihei, Maui, died Wednesday at home. She was born in Germany. She is survived by sons Donald and Edward, brother Paul Gerhardt, sister Ann Green, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services. Irene "Rene" Brittain, 80, of Pukalani, Maui, died Tuesday in Georgia. She was born in Kokomo, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Herman and Leonard Perreira and Fred, Kenneth, Rodney and George Brittain; daughters Barbara Wylie, Sylvia Comer, Sherry Vierra and Peggy Minobe; five brothers; three sisters; 31 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
