Florencio "Insiong" Argel, 76, of Pepeekeo, Hawaii, a retired tractor operator for the former Mauna Kea Agribusiness, died Oct. 16 in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Helen; son Darrell; daughters Cynthia Shiroma and Laurel Johnasen; three sisters in the Philippines, and seven grandchildren.
