Alejandro M. "Andring" Asprer, 78, of Honolulu died Sunday in St. Francis Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Alejandra G.; sons Alfredo, Oscar and Alejandro "Jun" Jr.; daughters Lourdes Mendoza and Elizabeth, Josefina and Helengrace Asprer; brothers Bonifacio and Juan "Andres"; sister Rosita, 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services in the Philippines.

Eleanor M. "Ellie" Atwood, 81, of Haleiwa died Saturday. She was born in White Plains, N.Y. She is survived by son Robert "Bob," sister Marion Tobin and three grandchildren. Private services.

Luciano B. "Sonny" Cambia, 89, of Naalehu, Hawaii, died Saturday in Kau Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by sons Dominador and Bobby; brother Santos; sister Herminia Sulquiano, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Agnes Foster, 86, of Hilo, a former employee of the Hawaii Tribune Herald, Circulation Department, died Oct. 10 in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Clay Mendonca, Frank and Jerry Nascimento and Wendell and Michael Foster; daughter CJ Kodani; brother August Nascimento, 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Vivencio D. Malong, 74, of Honolulu, who worked at St. Francis Medical Center Maintenance Department, the Waikiki Yacht Club and APCOA Parking, died Oct. 8 in St. Francis Medical Center. Jr., Andres and Kevin; daughters Remedios Felix, Lorelie Morales, Eleanor Dollopac and Evilyn Malong; brother Domingo; sisters Anacleta Ilasin and Alejandra Pascual, 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Frank J. Silva Jr., 59, of Kihei, a commercial fisherman, died Monday in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mildred; sons the Rev. Ernest Tavares and Benson and Jerome Akina; daughters Evelyn Chang and Anela Wong; a brother; five sisters, 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
