Viloria solidifies
spot on U.S. team

Brian Viloria of Hawaii knocked out Puerto Rico's Ivan Calderon in the fourth round of his 106-pound exhibition bout yesterday at the Foxwoods Casino and Resort in Mashantucket, Conn.

It was sweet revenge for Viloria, who lost to Calderon last March in the America's Olympic Qualifier at the Florida State Fairgrounds.

The loss forced Viloria to compete in an April qualifier in Tijuana, Mexico, where he finally secured his berth on the Olympic team.

Since qualifying, Viloria has also won exhibition bouts against boxers from Mexico and the Ukraine.
