Aloha to Kailua Landmark

The old Kailua Foodland is being demolished to make way
for newer development. The landmark left Kailua
Town Center two years ago.

A man picks through the rubble of the old Kailua Foodland,
looking for scrap metal Monday night. He said he was trying
to make rent and that such foraging was better
than putting all this stuff into a landfill.
