As shoppers, we'd like to be the only ones there. But, alas, as journalists of integrity, we had to tell all. So, Nordstrom Rack opens at 9 a.m. Thursday, but you'll really want to get there between 7 and 8:45 a.m. to enter the store's "Race for Values" drawing. The winner will have a 90-second race around the store to claim up to $2,000 worth of merchandise just before the store opens. The winner must be 18 or older, be a legal U.S. resident and be present to win.
As for what to buy, you'll find women's, men's and kids' apparel, shoes and accessories at 30 to 75 percent off regular retail prices, by such makers as DKNY, Calvin Klein, Reyn Spooner, Tommy Bahama, Billabong, Dr. Martens, Sketchers, Kenneth Cole, and many more.
