Francisco H. "Icco" Altura, 79, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a heavy equipment operator for Hamakua Sugar Co., died Saturday in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Lapaz; son James; daughters Annabelle and Leila; and brothers Luis, Marcelino and Pedro. Mass: 7 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Agnes N.H. Barba, 63, of Kahului died Monday at home. She was born in Puunene, Maui. Mariano R. Bustillos, 91, of Kekaha, Kauai, a retired clerk with Kekaha Sugar, died July 20 in Kauai Veterans Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by son John; daughters Mildred Nacapuy and Katherine Bustillos, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.

George "Molasses" De Costa, 88, of Hilo, proprietor of De Costa's Auto Clinic in Hilo, died Monday in Hilo Hospital. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son the Rev. George; daughter Pam Carter; sister Dorothy Gouveia, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mass: 11 a.m. Friday at Malia Puka O Kalani Catholic Church. John P. Delacruz, 73, of Hilo, a retired dispatcher for Hawaiian Electric Co., died July 25 at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lillian K. "Linda"; son John P. George J. Kahalioumi, 59, of Honolulu, a retired sergeant for the Honolulu Police Department, died July 25 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. Edward C. Takara, 64, of Honolulu, a retired cook at the Outrigger Hotel, died last Wednesday in St. Francis Hospice. He was also a former owner of E&R Koffee Kup and a Korean War veteran. Ota Yokonuma, 99, of Honolulu, a retired produce clerk, died July 20 at home. She was born in Iwakuni, Japan. She is survived by son James H.; daughters Dorine U. Tomita and Kay K.
