Alice Kamaka dies



Alexander L.L. "Alika" Ahlo, 79, of Honolulu died July 1 in Queen's Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Ursula Witzel and Christa Smith; stepchildren Reginald Malabey and Barbara Kapahua; brothers Henderson and Charles, 18 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Cipriano M. "Cippie" Castillo, 76, of Waipahu died June 28 in the Philippines. He was born in the Philippines. Susumi "Sus" Daida, 86, of Pua Loke, Kauai, a retired truck driver with Kauai Electric Co., died Monday in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Aipo Valley, Kauai. Jenyei Isa, 83, of Honolulu, a retired bottle watcher for Primo Brewery, died Tuesday in Hale Nani Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born in Kukuihale, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Tamayo; sons Roy N., Paul H. and Norman I.; brothers Robert J. and Jentoku; sisters Umeko Kaneshiro and Yasuno Isa, six grandchildren and a great-grandson.
