Quentin R. Arbo, 75, of Hove, Hawaii, owner of Ocean View Town Center, died Friday at home. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was born in Brownville, Maine. He is survived by wife Marguerite; daughters Judith Emans and Marcia Snead; stepdaughters Robin Haase and Gayle Hyatt; stepsons Charles and Mark Currier; brother Hardin; sisters Cora Gagnon, Esther Deschene, IdaLou Blake and Elizabeth Wagner, 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
