Fresh from winning two Grammy Awards for Best Pop album and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance, Sting will perform two concerts in Hawaii, April 26 at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center and April 27 at the Blaisdell Concert Hall. Ticket sale dates for

Tickets for the Maui show will be available at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center box office or by calling 242-SHOW (7469).
Highlighting Sting's concerts here will be songs from his "Brand New Day" album, which incorporates rhythmic elements, echoes of Miles Davis, medieval plainsong, Algerian pop and American country music. The music is a collection of songs exploring the theme of love.
"Brand New Day," Sting's seventh solo album, also has several guest stars on it, including James Taylor, Stevie Wonder, Branford Marsalis, Chris Boti and Cheb Mami.
The concerts are being presented by House of Blues Concerts and Goldenvoice.
