Answers about state
government found
on Internet

If you have a question about state government, you're not alone. Now you might be able to find the answer on the Internet.

If your question is a common one, as in a frequently asked question (FAQ), wander over to the state's master FAQ list at http://www.state.hi.us/faqs.htm

There you will find all the answers to questions about animal quarantine, getting married, and getting a state ID card or driver's license.

Hanging off the side of the main FAQ list are the FAQs for the bureaucracy's supporting players -- agencies such as consumer advocacy, cable television, school-based management and even welfare questions and answers.

"Home on the Web" is a weekly Friday feature of the Star-Bulletin.
