St. Louis, the nation's second-ranked high school football team, according to the Dick Butkus Poll, set a school scoring record with an 89-7 win over Pac-Five in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu game yesterday at Aloha Stadium.

The Crusaders registered 743 yards of total offense, 9 yards short of the school record set last season against Damien, and scored 10 offensive touchdowns.

The Wolfpack finished with 152 yards of total offense with negative-11 yards rushing.

The Crusaders led 41-7 at the end of the first quarter and 61-7 at half time.

St. Louis quarterback Timmy Chang completed 11 of 16 passes for 298 yards and five touchdowns in a quarter-and-a-half of playing time. Running back Pesefea Fiaseu rushed nine times for 119 yards and two touchdowns in one half of playing time. Wide receiver Isaac Rodrigues caught four passes for 122 yards and two touchdowns in the first half.

Reserve running back Prince Brown scored three touchdowns and rushed for 95 yards.

The Crusaders improved to 10-0 overall on the season and 8-0 in the ILH. The Wolfpack fell to 4-6 overall on the season and 2-6 in the ILH.

WAIANAE 34, MILILANI 14: At Waianae, Lono Manners sprinted 56 yards for his second third-quarter touchdown, leading the Seariders (6-2) to a homecoming victory over the Trojans (4-2-2).

Waianae trailed, 14-7, at halftime but drew within a point on a 1-yard touchdown plunge by Manners. A few minutes later, he broke away for the go-ahead score.

Manners rushed for 133 yards on 14 carries.

Brian Daniels paced Mililani (4-2-2) with 117 rushing yards on 15 carries and two pass receptions for 23 yards.

Small's 4- and 6-yard scoring runs and Mageo's 1-yard keeper for a TD helped Waipahu to a 20-7 halftime lead.

Mageo threw a 14-yard TD pass to Tyson Leslie in the fourth quarter.

Castle's Kaleo Segovia scored twice on passes from Anthony Haugen and ran 8 yards for the Knights' other touchdown.
