A new program at Bishop Museum called Ola Na Mo'olelo, or living stories, includes a dramatization of the life of High Chief Liloa followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of Pacific artifacts.

The 20-minute play, " 'UmiaLiloa," tells the story of the chief and the rivalry between his sons 'Umi and Hakau.

Admission is free and it is presented at 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The tour follows at 1:30 p.m. each day for a fee of $15.

It is open to people 12 and older and includes a behind-the-scenes look at collections of ancient Hawaiian stone, kapa, feather and wood artifacts, as well as cultural implements brought to Hawaii by immigrants.
