Stephen F. Betley, 50, of Honolulu, a retired master sergeant with the U.S. Marine Corps, died Friday in Queen's Hospital. Helen F. Harris, 83, formerly of Kailua, who retired from Kailua Hopaco, died Aug. 6 in Springfield, Va.
