THE SEARCH FOR SIGNS
OF HAWAIIAN LIFE
IN THE UNIVERSE

Tapa

Thanks for the memories

After flying from Hawaii to Florence, Italy, -- via Washington, D.C.,
and Frankfurt, Germany, -- Ried Fisher and his wife Cori Lau looked
out the window of their airplane and were surprised to spot this
Mahalo Air plane on the tarmac. "I thought we could have taken
the direct flight," writes Fisher, "but on closer inspection
AvioSarda is flying the old Mahalo Airline planes
and kept the marvelous paint job."

The Search for signs of Hawaiian Life in the Universe is just that. We're looking for evidence of Hawaiiana everywhere but in Hawaii. Send snapshots and a description to TSFSOHLITU, Today Department, Honolulu Star-Bulletin, P.O. Box 3080, Honolulu, Hawaii 96802, or e-mail JPEGS or TIFFS to features@starbulletin.com.
