The Search for Signs of
Hawaiian Life in the Universe

Tapa

Honolulu in Virginia

By Gloria Goto, special to the Star-Bulletin
Gloria Goto of Honolulu spotted this Chinese restaurant in Alexandria,
Va., and its owners told her they were from Hong Kong and have
never visited Hawaii. "Their Chinese food was not as good as our
Honolulu restaurants, but it was OK," reports Goto, but it's a long
way to go for take-out.
