Bullet Yoshiko Hashimoto, 88, of Puhi, Kauai, a retired Wilcox Elementary School cafeteria worker, died Friday at Wilcox Memorial hospital. She was born in Hanapepe. She is survived by husband Masato; sons Alvin, Melvin and Leslie; daughters Elaine Kashiwabara, Eileen Shimomura and Marlene Lum, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services: 5 p.m. Thursday at Lihue Hongwanji Mission. Call after 4:30 p.m. No Flowers. Casual attire.

Bullet Kenzaburo Ishii, 81, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter, died June 9 at Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Aki; brother Yasushi, and sisters Doris Yoki Takashima and Toshiko Yamashiroya. Services were private.

Bullet Hoi Kok, 85, of Honolulu, a retired tea merchant, died Tuesday at Kuakini Hospital. He was born in China. He is survived by wife Shuk Yin; daughters Wing Suet Situ and Emily W.N. Siu; brothers Wally Kwok and Hing Kwok, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services were private.

Bullet Margaret Tamiko Miyakawa, 74, of Honolulu, died last Monday at St. Francis Hospital. She was born in Puna, Hawaii. She is survived by son Milton; daughter Jeanne; sisters Shigeko Yamaguchi, Ann Kido, Hester Roessler, Florence Tokuda and Lillian Davis, and one grandchild. Services were private.

Bullet Richard Norio Nagata, 78, of Honolulu, a retired Circuit Court bailiff, died Wednesday at home. He was born in Lihue, Kauai. He is survived by brothers Mineo and Ralph, and sisters Beatrice Nakamura and Jean Fukumoto. Service: 6 p.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Mortuary. No flowers. Casual attire.

Bullet Shinichi Oshiro, 72, of Hilo, Hawaii, a retired flower grower, died June 19 at home. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by brother Paul, and sisters Chiyoko Yagi, Kikue Shimabukuro, Natsuko Aoki, Yoshino Chung and Doris Onishi. Services were private.

Bullet Quirico Alconado Palado, 91, of Waimanalo, died Friday at Castle Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Marla. Services 7 p.m. tomorrow and 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. George Church in Waimanalo. Call after 6 p.m. tomorrow and after 9 a.m. Wednesday. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples.

Bullet Claudia Lourdes P. Santiago, 82, of Honolulu, a retired cook at the Queen's Medical Center snack shop, died June 19 in Honolulu. She was born in Watertown, Oahu. She is survived by husband Paul; daughters Diana Hansen and Sandra Tolentino; son Russell Carpio, and brothers Salvador, Robert and Andy Patricio. Services: 7 p.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Call after 6 p.m.

Bullet Stanley Sunico Sunico, 85, of Honolulu, retired from Hickam Air Force Base, died Tuesday at Kaiser Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Cora; daughters Shirley Sunico-Lyons, Leilani Sunico-Mau and Coralyn, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Service: 7 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park Mortuary. Call after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday. Burial to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.

Bullet Benjamin Masao Uehara, 82, of Honolulu, a retired Punahou School custodiam, died June 20 at Kuakini Geriatric Facility. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. Services were private.
