SENATE

bullet Consumer Protection: Bills on captive insurance and creating income-tax deductions for paying long-term care insurance premiums. Decision-making to follow, 9 a.m., Room 016.

bullet Judiciary: Bills allowing confidentiality of information in state and county board meetings for decision-making purposes, and prohibiting butterfly knives. Decision to follow, 9 a.m., Room 229.
