HOUSE

Finance: Briefing on the Felix consent decree, 1:30 p.m., Room 308.

Tourism and Economic Development: Bills on the Hawaii Convention Center and creating a hotel remodeling tax credit to encourage renovation. Decision making to follow, 8:30 a.m., Room 325.

Water and Land Use, and Ocean Recreation and Marine Resources: Bills creating a beach restoration fund and regulating the use of historic sites. Decision making to follow, 9 a.m., Room 312.

SENATE

Housing: Bills giving preference to resident contractors and requiring general contractors to pay subcontractors promptly. Decision making to follow, 1:30 p.m., Room 224.
