Jerry Pupillo will handle sales for the $14 million Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park scheduled to open in May. The park at Kapolei will include a wave pool for body surfing, a lazy river for leisurely inner tube flumes, body flumes and speed slides. Creating waves at

The park initially expects more local people than tourists, he said.
Pupillo most recently was vice president of Best International Marketing Group in Hawaii. He also worked in travel and tour operations for JTB Hawaii, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Kualoa Ranch's Activity Club.
Pupillo also worked for the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in Okinawa, and the International Trade Center in Geneva.
