to Lanai Co."At Manele Bay, we will be freshing up the rooms (with renovations) and we will be changing the menus, using more of the fresh foods found in Hawaii," Scalley said.
He started his hotel career with Hilton Hotels Corp., working nine years before joining ITT Sheraton Corp.
He has 40 years of hotel experience and most recently was vice president of Sheraton Asia Pacific. He was director of standards for The Luxury Collection Hotels and Resorts in Asia, and opened the Beijing International Club Hotel as general manager. He also was vice president and general manager of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
Scalley earned a bachelor's degree in hotel and resort management from Paul Smith's College in Paul Smith, N.Y.
