Buddhist temples to

Star-BulletinThe day that the Buddha achieved enlightenment will be celebrated tomorrow at a joint service of the seven major Buddhist denominations in Hawaii.
The Bodhi Day rite will begin at 9 a.m. at the Jodo Mission of Hawaii, at 1429 Makiki St. The Rev. Eshin Matsumoto of Palolo Kwannon Temple is keynote speaker.
Center for Positive Living, 1144 10th Ave., Suite 203: The Rev. Frank White will speak on "The Gift List" during the 10 a.m. service tomorrow at the Ala Moana Hotel, Carnation Room. Information, 739-5683.
