The next Miss Universe?

Tickets are available for the Miss Hawaii USA Pageant taking place 7 p.m. Saturday at the Sheraton Waikiki Ballroom. Tickets are $32 advance and $35 at the door.

Fifteen women will vie for the Miss Hawaii USA title in hope of bringing the Miss Universe crown worn by Brook Lee two years ago back to Hawaii.

A People's Choice Award will allow home viewers with Internet access to vote for their favorite contestant. The site is at http://www.misshawaiiusa. com.

Reigning 1998 Miss Hawaii USA Tiffini Hercules will crown the pageant winner, who will represent Hawaii in the national pageant in February. The winner of that contest will compete for the Miss Universe title in May.
