Overseeing properties
for Hawaiiana

Emily Flusche-Griffith takes over as a management executive at Hawaiiana Management Co., which manages more than 220 condominiums and community associations in Hawaii.

"All of my properties (nine) are on Oahu," Flusche-Griffith said. "We have a great support staff."

Flusche-Griffith works with Hawaiiana's specialty group, which handles smaller properties. She was in Hawaii from 1978-81, moved to the mainland, and then returned to Hawaii in December 1994. "I always wanted to come back to live in Hawaii," she said.

She has 11 years in property management and most recently was a condominium administrator for Aston Properties. Flusche-Griffith also worked for developer Alvin Frieden & Associates in San Antonio and for DMC Management Co. in Albuquerque, N.M.
