Tradition, innovation
in concert

Solo and small ensemble performances of new works, as well as traditional Okinawan dance performances are on the program for the University of Hawaii's annual student dance showcase, "Fall Footholds."

The production runs 8 p.m. tomorrow through Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday at Kennedy Theatre.

The Okinawan dances will be performed by master of arts student Chiaki Kise. Also on the program is a contemporary work by Sandra Chatterjee, which incorporates classical Indian dance movement.

Tickets are $8 general; $6 for students, seniors, military and UH faculty and staff; and $3 for students with a validated Spring 1998 I.D. Tickets are available at the theater box office. Call 956-7655.
