Bullet Rose Perreira Bumanglag, 83, of Hilo, Hawaii, a homemaker, died Wednesday at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Makawao, Maui. She is survived by daughters Mary Carvalho, Violet Taboniar and Emily Watanabe; sons Alfred Bumanglag, Ray Salazar and George Salazar; brother John Martin; sisters Mary Tendo, Lucy Ferreira and Ellen Franco; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great- grandchildren. Services: 7 p.m. tomorrow at Dodo Mortuary. Call from 6 to 9 p.m. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire.

Bullet Blanche B. DeSilva, 78, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a homemaker, died Tuesday at the Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by son Donald; daughter Linda Desa; brothers Ralph Branco, Ed Castillo and Alfred “Sonny” Branco; sisters Claire Botelho, Agnes Bello and Leona Corpuz; sister-in- law Mabel Branco; stepfather Edwin Castillo Sr.; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass: 7 p.m. tomorrow at our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. Call 6 to 9 p.m. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Honokaa Catholic Church, with burial to follow.

Bullet Shizuka “Florence” Matsumoto, 88, of Honolulu, a retired cafeteria assistant at Konawaena High School, died Wednesday at Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Hookena, Kona, Hawaii. She was a member of Moiliili Community Senior Citizens and Makua Alii Club and a former member of Kona Hongwanji. She is survived by sons Richard and Edwin; daughters Sueko Nakahara, Elaine Skinner and Carol Ahmed; brothers Herbert and Walter Masunaga; sisters Hilda Robinson and Alice Okuna; brother-in-law Robert Kunihiro; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services: 6 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary chapel. No flowers. Casual attire.

Bullet Kaoru “Raymond” Nagata, 89, of Hilo, Hawaii, a retired foreman for the former Masaru Oda Painting Contractor, died Thursday at his home. He was born in Hilo. He also worked for S.K. Oda Ltd. and was a member of the Higashi Hongwanji Mission and the Lower Houselot Kumiai. He is survived by wife Ayako; sons Roy, Jerry, Edwin and Larry; daughter Shirley Sakata; three brothers Tsutomu, Sadamu and Isamu; sister Mitsue Kudo; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services: 4 p.m. Wednesday at Higashi Hongwanji in Hilo. Call 3 to 4 p.m. No flowers. Casual attire.

Bullet John V. Rodrigues, 84, of Honolulu died Wednesday at St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Hauula. He is survived by wife Kahauiilii; daughter JoAnn; and sisters Hilda, Louisa Apuna and Josephine McCardy. Services: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Mortuary, followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Call from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
