Scott Nunokawa leads a new entity, Amfac Property Development Corp., to oversee the Maui real estate development for Amfac/JMB Hawaii Inc. He took over Oct. 22 and is responsible for planning, zoning and development of about 3,000 acres in the Kaanapali/Honokawai area. Developing a
plan at Amfac"We want to take it to a new level of community input and create something that is good for all parties," Nunokawa said.
He has 10 years experience on Maui and most recently was vice president of business development and land use planning for C. Brewer Homes Inc.
Nunokawa also was a project manager for various residential projects on Maui, working with developers Dave Lewis and Jesse Spencer for seven years.
He also worked eight years with Lewis as a finance and operational manager for several development projects in downtown Honolulu.
