Marines from Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Hawaii celebrated
their 223rd birthday with a cake-cutting ceremony on a visit
to Lanikai Elementary School. After the festivities yesterday,
children crowded around the Marines to get their autographs.
Here, Kylie Doka, 8, even got one of the Marines' gloves for
a signature from Lt. Col. Tim Kolb. Chris Quillen, left, and
Cammille Watts also waited for an autograph.
