This atlas has evolved into more than a book of maps. The third edition ties Hawaii's social culture with its geographical change. There are sections on Hawaii's wildlife, history, religion, languages, economy and more with color pictures to enhance the text.

After losing her mother, Maile is left to live with her grandmother. She befriends a haole girl named Brooke, who Maile soon discovers has cancer, and through their friendship, Maile learns what courage and friendship really mean. For children ages 8-12.

Children ages 9-13 with older siblings will understand Boy's dilemma. Boy is determined to show Damon that he is not a sissy and doesn't have to fight to win a battle.

The lovable gecko is back to save Santa Claus and his reindeer from a mean Lone Shark after crash-landing in the Pacific.
