Liz Damon-Taylor is
Vegas casino host

What ever happened to former Hawaii entertainer Liz Damon-Taylor?

The former Hawaii entertainer/singer, Liz Damon-Taylor is living in Las Vegas with her 16-year-old son Matthew and husband Alan.

She is a casino host at the Westward Ho Casino, where she was a lounge singer four years prior.

"I still sing quite a lot. I do a lot of private parties, convention work," she said. At the end of this month, she will be singing Fridays and Saturdays at "Jitter's," a new coffee shop owned by a friend.

Living in Nevada for about 12 years has had its advantages Damon-Taylor said, however, with Hawaii's cost of living, it would be too hard to "rough it" as a singer/entertainer. For now, Nevada better suits her and her family's needs. She said she eventually will return to Hawaii.

"My goal is to go home and settle down in Hawaii. My parents are there," she said.
