More than 40 desserts will be available for unlimited sampling from noon to 2 p.m. at Pacific Beach Hotel's Grand Ballroom. Guest chefs from 3660 on the Rise (where chef Russell Siu turns out such desserts as "3660" Chocolate Souffle Cake, pictured), David Paul's Diamond Head Grill and Sam Choy's Diamond Head Restaurant will create some special desserts.
