Born in Alberta, Canada, he is survived by sister Cecil Schaub; brother Grant; and niece Sister Marilyn Blanchette. Services: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Nuuanu Mortuary. Burial at the Hawaii State Veteran Cemetery, Kaneohe.

Bullet Rosalie C. Butement, 88, of Honolulu, a retired cook for Maryknoll fathers and brothers in Hawaii, died Saturday at home. Born in Highland, Kan., she is survived by daughter Sally. Mass over ashes: 11:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Hearts Church. Call after 10 a.m. Inurnment: Hawaiian Memorial Park. No flowers. Bullet KC Estabilio, 15, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a student at Pahoa High School, died Sunday in Hilo Hospital. Born in Hilo, he is survived by father Jon "Duke"; mother Janice Goo; brothers Jon Jr. and Jermaine; sisters Kuulei and Dristin; maternal grandparents Alan and Hale Goo; and paternal grandmother Violet Ramirez. Bullet Ruby N. Hamada, 70, of Honolulu, a retired Blaisdell Center box office cashier and mother of state Sen. Randall Y. Iwase, died last Thursday in QueenÕs Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she is also survived by husband Bruce S.; son Bruce T. Hamada; daughters Larene H. Iwase, Richie H. Hamada and Rissa T. Miyasato, brother Charles M. Hamasaki; sisters Pearl K. Bullet Lillian T. Ijima, 64, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a retired Lappert Ice Cream Parlor sales clerk, died Friday in Straub Hospital. Born in Port Allen, Kauai, she is survived by husband Takeo; sons Russell T. and Gordon T.; daughter Laurie J.R. Furumasu; and six grandchildren. Bullet Joyce T. Kamimura, 73, of Kapolei, a retired University of Hawaii Hamilton Library technician, died last Thursday in QueenÕs Hospital. Bullet Oliver M. Kikukawa, 70, of Kaunakakai died Sept. 30 in Molokai General Hospital. Bullet Koon Lam Lee, 67, of Honolulu, a retired kitchen helper, died Wednesday in St. Francis Hospital.
