State has forms
available online

Here's one thing the state has a surplus of: forms.

If you need a certain state form, the state is working on a new, convenient way to get them to you via the Internet.

Go to Form Central at http://www.state.hi.us/forms/ for an easy-to-download series of forms for everything from state identification cards to permits to rent a state library meeting room.

The Web page will let you print out the form exactly as it would appear if you stood in line to get it at a state office. You must still fill it out and send in the physical form -- two copies, please.
