Fevers weekly prizeKui Eugenio is headed for Vegas next month.
Now he has a little extra cash for his trip.
Eugenio hit all 10 of his Football Fever picks last week and his was the first ballot drawn among those whose picks were equal to or better than our panel of prognosticators. That made him our third winner of $500 and four tickets to the Jeep O'ahu Bowl on Christmas Day.
Eugenio, 30, said he had no problem picking Tennessee over Florida, even though the Vols hadn't beaten the Gators even when Peyton Manning at quarterback.
"I like their defense," Eugenio said. "I saw the first game that Tennessee played and I thought they could do it. They look strong."
So, now he'll have a little extra cash to play at the craps table in Vegas.
Star-Bulletin writer Cindy Luis and assistant sports editor Randy Cadiente were the top panelists, each going 9-1.
