The Honolulu Board of Realtors has chosen Donna Asino to handle a variety of information operations, including the multiple listing service and the public records database for property by tax map key.

"We've had that (public records database) for about three years," Asino said. "It costs $37.50 a month, and for that you get unlimited access."

Asino said the main goal of the public records department, with 11 people, is to help members of the Honolulu Board of Realtors. Asino joined the Honolulu board in 1995. She also worked for BORIS Systems Inc., now Moore Data Management Services, a company that provides multiple listing service software.

In her 25-year real estate career, Asino has worked for lending, mortgage servicing and escrow companies.

She is a graduate of Farrington High School.
