
Hari Kojima returns to the kitchen and to television Sunday with the premiere of "AT&T Taste Hawaii with Hari," a new half-hour weekly series on KFVE. Catch Haris
return on TVKojima's "Let's Go Fishing" was a local staple for nearly 30 years on KHON. "Hari's Kitchen" aired for a decade. But the station canceled the shows after a dispute with Kojima earlier this year.
The new show will continue Kojima's fishing adventures in Hawaii and elsewhere as well as feature cooking segments with guest chefs. Kojima promises it will be done in "typical Hari style."
Winners of the 12th Annual Governor's Fashion Awards will be named Sept. 16 during the Made in Hawaii with Aloha dinner and fashion show from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballroom. Fashion award show set

The fashion show will include designs by Tori Richards, Bevlin and Hilo Hattie. There will also be a gallery of Hawaii crafters and artisans displaying wares.
The awards and nominees are:
n Manufacturer of the year (traditional) -- Good Times, Kahala, Local Motion, Reyn Spooner and Takeo;
n Manufacturer of the year (contemporary) -- Bevlin, Hawaiian Style, Iolani Sportswear, Local Motion, Pomegranates in the Sun, Tori Richards and XID;
n Manufacturer of the year (unique) -- Kauila Maxwell, Leighton Lam Designs, Local Motion, Scott Hawaii and Xcel Hawaii;
n Retailer of the year (speciality) -- Aloha Tower Traders, Cinnamon Girl, Hilo Hattie, Martin & MacArthur, Pomegranates in the Sun and Rosette;
n Retailer of the year (general) -- DFS Hawaii, JC Penney, Local Motion and Sears, Roebuck & Co.
The Ka Ahu No'eau Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Dave Rochlen, chairman, Surf Line Hawaii.

Clothes may be dropped off through Sunday at Jo Rea Exclusives store at Ward Warehouse, second floor, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Donors will receive a $5 gift certificate from Jo Rae in return.
