National Kitchen taps
new board member

Troy Adams of Honolulu has been named to the board of directors of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Adams, president of Studio Becker Zeyko, will be traveling to Branson, Mo., in November for his first directors meeting.

"I'll be going to three meetings a year," Adams said. "The association promotes professionalism and allows for networking."

There are more than 200 association members in the United States and 50 in Hawaii. Adams previously was the Aloha chapter representative to the national association.

Adams came to Hawaii in 1986 and worked for the Kitchen Center one year before forming his own company in 1989. It offers both residential and commercial design and construction management services. He has more than 20 years in kitchen and bath design.
