Coordinating marketing
for Sprint Hawaii

Sprint Hawaii has chosen Lesli Nakashi-ma to coordinate all promotional and public relations efforts. She came to Honolulu one year ago after four years of communications experience in California.

"My parents grew up in Honolulu," Nakashima said. "Sprint Hawaii is a fast-paced company and the technology is always changing."

The company offers interisland, interstate and international service as well as video conferencing, teleconferencing, data communication services and Internet dedicated access.

Nakashima most recently was marketing communications specialist for the BayStone Software Co. in Saratoga, Calif. She also worked as marketing event specialist for Auspex Systems Inc. in San Jose, Calif.

She earned a bachelor's degree in commerce, with a major in marketing, from the University of Santa Clara.
